Mission: To nurture self discovery and unlock creative expansion for AAPIs. Editorial focus: We currently publish an annual literary magazine that features creative nonfiction (personal essays, memoir), poetry, and photo essays by creators of all Asian backgrounds across generations, geographies, and experiences. Slant’d publishes stories that spark curiosity, introspection, and joy in children and adults. Our creative works center the voices of AAPIs while providing a refreshing perspective on the human experience beyond race.
